We are seeking a Senior Network Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise network solutions across global sites. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Aruba networking, SilverPeak SD‑WAN (Aruba EdgeConnect), and Cisco enterprise technologies, with proven experience in network architecture and design for large‑scale, secure, and resilient infrastructures.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Design
    • Design enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and SD‑WAN architectures for scalability and resilience.
    • Develop high‑level and low‑level design documents (HLD/LLD).
    • Define standards, policies, and best practices for network infrastructure.
  • Implementation & Operations
    • Deploy and configure Aruba switches, APs, ClearPass, and Central.
    • Implement SilverPeak SD‑WAN solutions (Orchestrator, EdgeConnect appliances, templates).
    • Design and deploy Cisco enterprise solutions (Catalyst switches, Nexus, ISR/ASR routers, Cisco DNA Center).
  • Security & Compliance
    • Integrate ClearPass for NAC, role‑based access, and device profiling.
    • Design secure VPN/IPsec tunnels, segmentation policies, and firewall rules.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO, PCI, HIPAA, and industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Partner with Wipro delivery teams and Brambles client stakeholders.
    • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
    • Act as escalation point for complex incidents and design reviews.
  • Innovation & Optimization
    • Evaluate emerging technologies (Wi‑Fi 6/6E, SD‑WAN, cloud networking).
    • Drive automation initiatives using Orchestrator APIs, Cisco DNA Center, Ansible, Terraform.
    • Contribute to long‑term IT strategy and digital transformation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Core Networking
    • Strong knowledge of routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), switching (VLANs, STP, port security).
    • Expertise in IPsec VPNs, ACLs, QoS, and traffic engineering.
  • Aruba Technologies
    • Aruba Central, ClearPass, Instant APs, ArubaOS switches.
    • Wi‑Fi 6/6E deployment, band steering, client load balancing.
  • SilverPeak SD‑WAN (Aruba EdgeConnect)
    • Orchestrator design and policy management.
    • EdgeConnect appliance deployment and ZTP workflows.
    • Advanced SD‑WAN features: path conditioning, dynamic path control, optimization.
  • Cisco Technologies
    • Cisco Catalyst/Nexus switches, ISR/ASR routers, Cisco DNA Center.
    • Cisco wireless controllers and APs.
    • Cisco security solutions (ASA, Firepower).
  • Design Expertise
    • Proven experience in creating HLD/LLD documents.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
    • Strong background in network capacity planning and scalability.
  • Automation & Tools
    • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation frameworks.
    • Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
    • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
    • Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
