Role

AWS Cloud Administrator L4(10 Years)

Key Roles and responsibilities
  • Good understanding of AWS cloud concepts, environment, services
  • Hands-on with AWS architecture and design
  • Implementing AWS IaaS, Paas, Saas and minimal knowledge of Dev-ops
  • Managing technical transition activities and documentation for AWS cloud
  • Enabling BAU to effectively support customer cloud environment as per the committed SLAs
  • Managing the 24/7 shift and proactively participate and provide solution for P1 and P2 calls
  • A good understanding of ticketing tools such as servicenow
  • Need to maintain the task and update the SMTD (Runbook)
  • Must have good communication and provide necessary monthly ,weekly reports to the customer
  • Must be a key player and provide guidance to the BAU team

Technical Skills (Must have):
  • "Hands-on administration skills on the AWS environment.
  • Understanding of AWS cloud, network operations, private and hybrid cloud administration
  • Understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Cloud design
  • Expertise in designing and planning cloud environment in enterprise environment including application dependencies, client presentation mechanism, network connectivity and overall virtualization strategies
  • Workload migration from on-prem to cloud environment
  • Understanding and ability to promptly diagnose and remedy cloud related problems and failures - Hands-on experience with AWS backend infrastructure, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Understanding of AWS VPC, Load Balancer, Storage, Database Server, Logging, Monitoring, provisioning, security, identity, 
  • Scripts, templates, tool for IaaS/PaaS/Saas resources.
  • Logging & monitoring for IaaS/PaaS/Saas resources
  • AWS Direct connect setup and traffic flows experience with IPSEC/VPN tunneling working knowledge
  • Knowledge of VPC peering and ACLs, NATTING in AWS, Managing security groups on AWS.
  • Implement and maintain all AWS infrastructure and services – Route 53, Lambda, CloudFront, SNS (20 most used services)
  • Configuring DNS services and enabling routing of user and systems traffic in and out of AWS VPC
  • Experienced in Deploying AWS EC2 instances, Cloud watch, CFTs
