Job Description: 

ITIL - IT Hardware Asset Management - 10 to 15 Yrs, Bng, Chn, Hyd, Pune

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

• Minimum 10+ YEARS Experience in ITAM managing large deals on Asset and Configuration management.
• Excellent Knowledge of ITAM Tools; ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM, etc. 
• Good technical understanding and an ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa
• Excellent documentation and process flow diagramming skills.
• Excellent knowledge on preparing Utilizations and health CMDB dashboards & Customized reports
• Strong expertise in CMDB, configuration control, and end‑to‑end change management workflows
• Hands-on experience defining and governing SLAs in multi-vendor and multi-tower environments
• Proven experience in ITIL-based service management engagements
• Customer-facing experience including service reviews and executive interactions
• Strong working knowledge of Resource Unit (RU) billing activities and governance

2. Skill upgradation and competency building

  • Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
  • Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
  • Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
