Job Description: 

Java Backend- Lead

Role Java Backend + DevOps

Location: Pune

Band: B3

Experience; 7 to 14 years

Core Responsibilities:

Hava Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend applications using Java (versions 8–21) and frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Spring MVC.CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build and maintain automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate seamless code integration, testing, and deployment.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate server provisioning and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or CloudFormation.Containerization & Orchestration: Package applications using Docker and manage container clusters with Kubernetes or OpenShift for high availability and scaling.Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and optimize applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cost management and resource scaling.Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to track system health and resolve performance bottlenecks.Security (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, including automated vulnerability scanning and secure secrets management.Troubleshooting & Support: Perform root cause analysis of production errors and provide technical support to ensure minimal downtime.Required Technical SkillsProgramming: Deep proficiency in Java and core backend concepts (Multithreading, Concurrency, Microservices).Scripting: Strong skills in Python, Bash, Shell, or Groovy for automation tasks.Version Control: Expertise in Git and workflows using GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.Build Tools: Experience with Maven, Gradle, or Ant for Java project management.Database Management: Knowledge of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit) and automated testing tools. 
 
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .
