Job Description:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and creation of robust RESTful APIs crucial for scalable enterprise applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java design patterns and their practical application for building maintainable and efficient software architectures.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies including continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and ensuring application resiliency in production environments.
  • Proficient in version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket, and skilled in configuring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of debugging techniques, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex issues in Java-based systems.

Java Developer

Role Purpose

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based software applications targeted for deployment at client environments. The selected candidate will ensure the delivered software meets rigorous quality and performance standards while aligning with project deadlines and business objectives.

You will contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and define software functionality to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to develop new modules and enhance existing applications.
  • Conduct unit testing, collaborate on integration testing, and work towards bug-free deployment.
  • Modify and improve software performance and user interfaces based on feedback and changing requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, test cases, and user guides.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to align on project progress and address technical challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control protocols, and continuous integration best practices.
  • Participate actively in code reviews and contribute constructive feedback to peers for collective improvement.

Client Engagement and Quality Assurance

  • Engage proactively with clients to capture requirements, clarify doubts, and ensure alignment on deliverables to enhance the quality of outputs.
  • Implement client feedback to improve product usability, performance, and functionality continuously.
  • Maintain open, transparent communication with stakeholders through regular updates on project milestones and challenges encountered.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical solutions professionally to support knowledge sharing and ongoing service improvement.
  • Support customer service teams by providing timely and accurate responses to technical queries and issue resolution.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to continually upgrade skills and stay current with technology trends relevant to client needs.
