Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to facilitate application solutions by developing and  reviewing module-level codes, creating replication patterns, performing root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.

Full-stack developer responsible for end-to-end application design, development and maintenance of robust, scalable backend services. Experienced in Java frameworks (Spring, SpringMvc, MyBatis, Spring Data JPA), databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle), and frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, jQuery). Skilled in API development, deployment tools, and continuous process improvement. Strong team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and backend services.
  • Build robust and scalable Java-based services using Spring, SpringMvc, MyBatis, and Spring Data JPA.
  • Develop and integrate APIs for application and business workflows.
  • Work with relational databases including MS SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
  • Develop frontend functionality using React, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Use deployment tools and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, and stakeholder teams.

Mandatory Skills

  • Java framework experience: Spring, SpringMvc, MyBatis, Spring Data JPA
  • Backend API development
  • Database experience: MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle
  • Frontend development using React, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Deployment tools and process improvement
  • Communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have

  • Cloud or DevOps exposure
  • Microservices experience
  • Enterprise or banking application experience
