Role & Responsibilities · Experienced in large scale Production Support Server Environment · Handling Data Center Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications · Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets · Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes · Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning · Technical Team (5-10 members) & Vendor Management · Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore) · Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure

Skills Must have Nice to Have

· Design, deploy, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components. · Configure and manage SCCM roles, site systems, and site boundaries. · Work closely with application owners and stakeholders to gather requirements for software deployment. · Understand specific installation and configuration needs for each software package. · Provide guidance on product usage,, and best practices for ConfigMgr/Intune integrations. · Troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment. · Create SCCM packages and programs for software deployment. · Implement version control for packages to track changes and updates. · Maintain documentation on package versions, changes, and associated deployment details. · Utilize scripting languages (such as PowerShell/WMI Scripting or VBScript) to automate package creation tasks and other activities. · Configure SCCM distribution points to ensure efficient and reliable software distribution. · Configure deployment settings, including scheduling, targeting, and installation behavior. · Collaborate with other teams, such as application owners, security, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of packages with organizational processes. · Develop and implement strategies for deploying security updates and patches. · Monitor and report on the status of patch compliance across the organization. · Configure and maintain hardware and software inventory collections. · Generate reports and conduct analysis on inventory data. · Monitor and maintain the health of SCCM clients on end-user devices. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM client functionality. · Create application task sequences. · Troubleshoot application delivery issues. · Task sequencing building and troubleshooting · Manage deployment of all patches, critical updates, and service packs on a timely basis · Configuring PKI cert to the SCCM client for registering it on site server on secured manner · Administer SCCM setup in multi forest/domain environment. · Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues. · Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center. · Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, backups, restores, software delivery, client heath, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings. · Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy. · Monitor and report on software deployment compliance. · Generate reports to provide insights into the success and status of package deployments. · Knowledge on any of monitoring tools like Splunk · PowerShell/Batch Scripting · Knowledge on Intune · Knowledge on Active Directory & GPOs · Knowledge on windows server administration · SCCM Administrator certification (MCTP – SCCM)
