Required Skills & Experience Must Have • Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD tools. • Proficient in Git, including branching, PR workflows, tagging, and releases. • Scripting experience in PowerShell and/or Python. • Hands on experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and integration troubleshooting. • Experience implementing secure pipelines and managing secrets. • Hands-on Nexthink experience with Remote actions, campaigns, scripting, self-heal automation

Preferred • Background in EUC / Digital Workplace or endpoint telemetry platforms. • Good understanding of ITSM processes (Change, Release, Incident, Problem).

Nexthink DevOps Lead – Automation Delivery & Platform Engineering Role Overview We are seeking a Nexthink DevOps Lead to drive DevOps capabilities for the Nexthink platform and its automation ecosystem. This role is responsible for enabling continuous, secure, and reliable delivery of Nexthink automation assets including scripts, remote actions, campaigns, integrations, and configuration changes. The role combines hands on DevOps expertise, platform engineering, and release governance leadership, ensuring consistent CI/CD, quality, security, and audit readiness across environments.

Key Responsibilities CI/CD & Automation Delivery • Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines for Nexthink automation assets (scripts, remote actions, campaigns, queries, dashboards/config packs, integrations). • Enable standardized, repeatable deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments. • Automate build, packaging, promotion, deployment, rollback, and post deployment validation.

• Delivery volume & scope o Deliver, document, and maintain agreed automations annually across Remote Actions and self-heal automation o Establish and enforce standardized documentation templates ensuring 100% change traceability for all deployments

Versioning & Configuration Management • Manage source control and branching strategies using Git based repositories. • Establish and maintain automation versioning standards (semantic versioning or equivalent). • Promote configuration as code practices with full audit traceability.

Testing & Quality Engineering • Implement automated quality practices including: o Script linting and unit checks o API and integration validation o Pre deployment checks and smoke tests o Post deployment verification and monitoring hooks • Enforce quality gates such as peer reviews, approvals, and static checks. • Define and implement quality gates specific to Nexthink Remote actions and self-heal automation, including pre-deployment validation and post-deployment monitoring

Release & Change Governance • Own release planning and coordinate with Service Delivery, Platform Owners, Security, and Operations teams. • Prepare release notes, deployment plans, rollback procedures, and implementation evidence. • Ensure compliance with ITSM, audit, and change management requirements.

Monitoring, Reliability & Incident Support • Establish monitoring and alerts for pipeline and deployment health. • Support incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective actions. • Continuously improve deployment reliability and Mean Time to Recover (MTTR).

Security & Compliance • Embed secure DevOps practices including least privilege access, secret management, and secure pipeline execution. • Perform security checks on scripts, integrations, and credentials. • Align with enterprise security and data handling policies.

Documentation & Knowledge Management • Maintain DevOps documentation, including: o Pipeline designs and runbooks o Deployment SOPs and rollback guides o Test strategies and evidence templates o Asset inventory and version baselines • Support onboarding and operational continuity through structured knowledge sharing. • Maintain centralized documentation for each artifact including deployment runbook, rollback procedure, change record reference, and self-heal automation trigger logic

Deliverables • Fully operational CI/CD pipelines for Nexthink automation assets. • Consistent delivery of Nexthink automations which are rolled out with all the required documents • Version controlled repositories with defined branching and release models. • Automated testing and deployment verification frameworks. • Release documentation and audit evidence for production deployments. • Runbooks for deployment, rollback, and common failure scenarios. • Continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, speed, and quality. • Consistent quarterly delivery of 7–8 Nexthink automation assets with zero undocumented deployments

Working Model • Location: Offshore (Hybrid ) • Participation in CAB, release, and service governance forums.

Performance Metrics (Indicative) • Deployment success rate ≥ 98% • Change failure rate ≤ 5% • Lead time for standard changes ≤ 5 business days • MTTR for deployment issues ≤ 2–4 hours • 100% audit and change traceability • ≥ 95% on time release delivery

Nice to Have • Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, ARM, Bicep). • Observability and monitoring expertise (logs, dashboards, alerts). • Experience defining DevOps governance and standards at scale.
