Role Purpose

Exp-8-11yrs Location-Pan india

The key requirement is hands-on expertise in AMS (Application Maintenance and Support) for an e-commerce platform built on Java-based applications and web/application servers (Apache, JBoss, and Tomcat).

The resource should have strong operational and support experience across this technology stack, with the ability to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize critical business applications.


Primary: Java/j2ee, web tools and protocols, Web and applications servers (Apache, Jboss, Tomcat), custom legacy applications, web services.
Secondary: Knowledge on
Oracle and SQL Databases, Windows and Linux platform basic operations
AWS Cloud technologies
XML/JSON/XSLT Data is an added advantage
Good to have knowledge of Middleware integrations using any of the middleware technologies
 •Good understanding of ecommerce solution and know-how of ecom applications design, architecture and integrations work.
•Proven experience and knowledge on ITIL Processes
•Good Root cause analysis and Problem solving ability
•Strong technical voice and point of contact to drive technical investigations with infra partners and customer contacts  
•Flexible to manage off-hours/weekend planned or unplanned activities
•Good communication skill
