Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Network Implementation L3 JD
**Key Responsibilities **
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade networks using **Aruba switches**, **access points**, and **Aruba Central** at L3 Level.
- Deploy and manage **ClearPass** for network access control, policy enforcement, and guest management.
- Integrate and optimize **SilverPeak SD-WAN** solutions for secure, high-performance connectivity.
- Conduct site surveys, capacity planning, and performance tuning for wireless and wired networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures.
- Document configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
**Required Skills & Expertise**
- Hands-on experience with **Aruba CX switches** and **Instant Access Points (IAPs)**.
- Proficiency in **Aruba Central** cloud management and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of **ClearPass Policy Manager**, RADIUS, TACACS+, and 802.1X authentication.
- Familiarity with **SilverPeak SD-WAN** deployment and orchestration.
- Network design and implementation skills across LAN/WAN/WLAN environments.
- Understanding of VLANs, STP, LLDP, DHCP relay, and IP routing protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using CLI and GUI tools.
**Certifications Preferred**
- Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) / Professional (ACSP)
- Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP)
- SilverPeak SD-WAN certification or equivalent

- Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
