Job Description: 

Role Purpose:-

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Job Description:-

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data models for new and existing applications, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and integrity.
  • Perform database performance tuning and query optimizations to enhance system efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality standards are met through robust validation, transformation, and cleansing processes.
  • Provide database maintenance and support, including patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting production issues.
  • Monitor system health and implement proactive alerts and diagnostics for performance and capacity management.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and best practices in PL/SQL development.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to data architecture, data flow, and database processes.

Responsibilities͏:-

    • Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL code and stored procedures to support business logic.
    • Administer and support Oracle databases, ensuring high availability, backup, and recovery.
    • Support and implement solutions using NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) where appropriate for specific use case
    • Lead the design and development of complex PL/SQL code, stored procedures, and overall data architecture.
    • Lead the administration and support strategy for Oracle databases, focusing on high availability, disaster recovery, and proactive monitoring.
    • Lead the evaluation and implementation of NoSQL database solutions, providing architectural guidance on their use cases.
    • Mentor junior and mid-level team members on database best practices.

  • Experience in cloud-based databases (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
  • Exposure to ETL tools and data integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to data management.
