Job Description

6-12 years of experience in technology roles with a strong focus on AI/ML strategy and implementation.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in financial services, preferably in compliance, surveillance, or risk domains.
Strong coding skills in Python is a must.
Good to have a hands-on design and development experience (azure, databricks, spark)
Have Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices part of your DNA
Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), MLOps practices, and cloud platforms (Azure MCP, Azure AI Foundry).
Strong foundation in data science, statistics, and algorithmic modeling.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, model context protocol (MCP), and Vibe coding for AI model optimization and orchestration.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking and capital markets is good to have
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
