Good to have skills: AI applications and Prompt Engineering, including Copilot Studio, Python, Automation technologies

Product & Service Optimization Engineer – Technology Information Security Office – Cyber Technology Strategy & Architecture

We’re looking for a Product & Service Optimization Engineer to:

• Proficiency in Python, automation technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, AI applications and Prompt Engineering, including Copilot Studio.
• Obsessed with efficiency, with the ability to deliver high-quality results at pace.
• Deep understanding of customer needs, hypothesis-driven development, and experimentation.
• Open-minded, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Collaborate with internal customers to understand impediments and improvements, enable their success via your engineering excellence.
• Display thought-leadership around the use of emerging technology, incorporate in your solutions and  educate others as to benefits realised.  

Your expertise
You can - architect, develop, and optimize complex systems and applications that enhance performance and scalability for both internal teams and customers.
You have - sharp analytical approach for identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that deliver tangible, measurable improvements.
You will - explore innovative technologies and methodologies to streamline the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring maximum efficiency.
You want - to promote collaboration, drive engagement, and cultivate a unified vision within the engineering team.
You are - motivated by solving challenging problems, eliminating inefficiencies, and passionate about leading transformative change.
• Bachelor's/master's or equivalent with a focus in Information Technology or related field 
• Experience in Python, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Automation technology, Prompt Engineering, Visual communication and at a large, fast scale would be advantageous
• Strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach, lead and convince
• Are excited about discovering how to use emerging technologies in new and innovative ways
