Job Role: Network Change Manager

Designation: Deputy Manager

Band: B3

Location: Pune

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

 

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Network Change Manager to manage and govern end-to-end change processes within an enterprise network environment. The role involves driving change management practices, chairing CAB meetings, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders while maintaining service stability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end change management lifecycle for network-related changes

· Chair CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and ensure effective decision-making

· Review, assess, and approve change requests based on risk, impact, and urgency

· Ensure adherence to ITIL change management processes and governance

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network, operations, and business stakeholders

· Maintain change calendar, documentation, and audit readiness

· Drive post-implementation reviews (PIR) and ensure closure of actions

· Identify and mitigate risks to service availability and performance

· Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders

· Utilize tools like Jira / ITSM platforms for tracking, reporting, and workflow management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· ITIL Certification (mandatory)

· Proven experience in Change Management, including CAB facilitation

· Hands-on experience with Jira or similar ticketing/ITSM tools

· Strong understanding of Service Management frameworks

· Experience in Stakeholder Management and cross-team coordination

· Basic knowledge of Enterprise Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, etc.)

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise network environments

· Exposure to tools like ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
