Role: Network and Data Security Subject Matter Expert 
Rate: 150k/M
Location: Pune is First preference else Hyderabad or Bangalore

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience in providing administrative and implementation support for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Meraki, and SDWAN routers. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Administration: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Implementation Support: Lead the deployment and configuration of Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Meraki, and SDWAN routers, ensuring seamless integration into existing networks.

• Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for networking technologies, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. 

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient operation. 

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of network configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Security: Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

• Training: Provide training and support to IT staff on best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network administration and implementation support for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Meraki, and SDWAN routers. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, CMNA, and SDWAN Specialist are highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficient in networking protocols, routing, switching, firewall management, and network security including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and encryption protocols.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing network issues.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
