Key Responsibilities: |

Analyse and streamline existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. |

Design efficient, scalable workflows across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs. |
|
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate process changes, and drive consensus on enhancements. |
|
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps. |
|
Enhance processes with an automation-first approach, integrating relevant tools and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. |
|
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to support process understanding, onboarding, and adoption across teams. |
|
Monitor process performance using defined KPIs and metrics, and recommend data-driven adjustments to support continuous improvement. |

Support change management initiatives by communicating process changes clearly and ensuring smooth transitions. |
|
Utilise process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucid chart to visualise and communicate process flows effectively. |
|
Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and organisational communication skills to engage stakeholders and document processes clearly. |

B.Sc. / BE / B Tech/ MBA/ B.Stat
