Job Description

We are loking for a Product manager who is expert in below skillset. This position is open for Pune location. 

Experience: 10+ YEARS

Band: C1. 

NP: Immediate to 15days . 

Reporting to the Head of Product Deliver (Central Functions). You will be responsible for :

• Closely collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities to establish and maintain a product roadmap (now, next, later)

• Selecting and implementing technology to maximize re-usability across banking / motor; to reduce cost per transaction and to maximize features utilization

• Monitoring current suppliers and competition to advise on strategic directions, and influencing your stakeholders as required

 • Managing your budget (licence, support, and professional services)

• Partnering with technology stakeholders (architects, project managers, business analyst, infrastructure teams, etc…) and suppliers to deliver your backlog of work

• Ensuring non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability) are defined and delivered by your team or collaborating with others 

• Maintaining excellent awareness, practice and reporting on all risks: cyber, regulatory, operational 

• Enthusiasm to own the “Product Risks and Financial Crime” technology products.

• Expertise in understanding stakeholders needs to build product features requirements

• Experience in monitoring and improving product delivery function (efficiency metrics, features to bugs ratio, adjusting delivery mechanism and team skills size to needs)

• A good technical understanding on cloud technology, technical integration patterns

• A good understanding of the Product Risks and Financial Crime landscape in banking OR a strong knowledge in workflow and decisioning technologies
