Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
  • Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visual insights
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple sources
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboards
  • Implement data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures, etc.)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production validation of dashboards 
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and visualization best practices
  • Handle security and access controls for dashboards and reporting layers[

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
  • Experience in Tableau dashboard development and reporting
  • Good understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts
  • Expertise in data visualization best practices and storytelling
  • Experience in data validation and reconciliation across reports.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Azure data services / ADF / Databricks
  • Experience in migration projects (Tableau → Power BI)
  • Knowledge of data governance / quality frameworks

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder communication (client-facing role)
  • Ability to work in an onsite–offshore coordination model
