Job Description

Power BI Developer:

 

Must Have

6+ years in BI / analytics roles, with 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience

Deep expertise in:

•              Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service

•              DAX (complex measures, time intelligence, optimization)

•              Data modeling (star schema, fact/dimension design)

•              Performance Optimization in Power BI

Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation

Experience with enterprise security concepts (RLS, workspace permissions, AD/AAD groups)

Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets in production environments

Preferred / Nice to Have

•              Experience with EBS reporting

•              Experience with Microsoft Fabric, GCP

•              Power BI Premium / capacity management experience

•              Migration experience (e.g., Tableau, Looker, OBIEE → Power BI)

•              Familiarity with DevOps or Git based version control for Power BI assets

•              Exposure to AI/Copilot enabled analytics or semantic model optimization for AI use cases

Soft Skills

•              Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

•              Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytics

•              Comfortable operating in fast paced, cross functional enterprise environments

•              Ownership mindset with attention to quality, performance, and governance

 
Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Power BI .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
