Quality and Process Excellence Consultant

Job Title: Pre-Sales & Solutioning Lead (RPA / AI / Automation)
Location: Pune 
Key Responsibilities
Engage with sales, delivery, and client teams to understand business needs and co-create transformation-led solutions across RPA, AI, Low-code platforms, and BPM tools
Drive solutioning for back-office and front-office operations across BFS/BPO verticals
Lead pre-sales engagements including solution strategy, effort estimation, RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and client presentations
Design high-level solution architectures integrating technologies like Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Python, AI & Generative AI
Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution feasibility and value realization
Collaborate with domain SMEs and technical architects to create solution blueprints aligned to client’s enterprise landscape
Work closely with delivery and transition teams for post-sales solution handover and ensure delivery readiness
Create re-usable solution templates, accelerators, and assets for improving win-rate and time-to-proposal
Required Skills & Experience:
6–10 years of experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or transformation consulting, with at least 4 years in BFS or BPO domain
Strong understanding of automation technologies including RPA (UiPath, AA), AI and low-code platforms (Power Platform etc.)
Proven ability to lead or support large deal pursuits, participate in orals, and articulate solution value to CXOs
Exposure to digital operations in Banking domain preferred
Experience with estimation m/odels, transformation levers, commercial constructs, and delivery models
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills
Strong documentation and proposal writing capabilities
Certification in Power Platform, UiPath or any AI

B.Sc. / BE / B Tech/ MBA/ B.Stat

  • Excellent communication / interpersonal, facilitation skills ·
  • High energy level, confident, assertive and team player

Experience ( Minimum)

  • · Functional knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical tools, Quality & Process re-engineering
  • · Exposure to ISO, CMMi or COPC will be added advantage
  • · Consulting experience in Shared Services Set up/BPO space is desirable
