Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Python Developer (4–8 yrs) to build data pipelines, backend services, and AI‑assisted automation workflows. The role involves ETL, APIs, SQL, Excel/PDF processing, and LLM integrations, with strong focus on production‑ready, high‑quality code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Python services for data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Build and manage ETL pipelines using Pandas (PySpark where applicable)
  • Design and implement REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask
  • Integrate AI / LLM APIs for text extraction, classification, and summarization
  • Validate AI outputs using rules, SQL checks, and business logic
  • Perform Excel and PDF processing for reporting and automation
  • Implement logging, error handling, monitoring, and configuration management
  • Work with SQL databases, write optimized queries
  • Write tests using pytest, participate in code reviews and documentation
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for delivery and support

Must‑Have Skills

  • 4–8 years of hands‑on Python development (backend/data focused)
  • Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, REST APIs, and SQL
  • Hands‑on ETL / data pipeline development in Python
  • Experience with FastAPI or Flask
  • Practical experience with Excel and PDF processing using Python
  • Exposure to AI / LLM API integrations in backend workflows
  • Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
  • Good understanding of testing (pytest), logging, and production‑ready coding

Good‑to‑Have

  • Experience with AWS or Azure services
  • Exposure to Databricks
  • OCR‑based document processing
  • Knowledge of PySpark, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
  • Integrations with ServiceNow or Salesforce
