About the Role
 
We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Python Full-Stack Developer) to join our technology team in a mission-critical financial environment. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of designing, developing, testing, reliable and scalable applications in regulated industries such as banking or financial services.
 
As a Senior Python Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of our applications. You’ll collaborate with engineering and infrastructure to build systems that are user friendly, secure, and automated, while championing a culture of operational excellence.

  • What We’re Looking For
     
    We’re seeking a seasoned Python Full-Stack Developer with a strong foundation in infrastructure engineering and a passion for building robust, scalable systems. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical depth, operational maturity, and a proactive mindset.
     
    ✅ Essential Experience & Skills
    • Strong hands-on experience in Development and automation (e.g., Python).
    • Strong hands-on experience in Web UI development (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Angular).
    • Strong hands-on experience in writing efficient SQL and work on relational databases like PostgreSQL / Azure SQL / Oracle, Transaction Management and Stored Procedure implementation.
    • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
    • Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), operating systems (e.g. Linux RHEL7+, Windows 2019+), and networking fundamentals.
    • Strong working knowledge of authentication services (e.g. LDAP, Azure AD).
    • Proven expertise in Infrastructure Engineering, with a background in software engineering, infrastructure, or operations.
    • Calm under pressure, especially during incidents and outages, with a structured approach to incident response and post-mortems.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering and business teams.
    • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude, always seeking opportunities to improve systems and processes.
    ✨ Desirable Additions
    • Familiarity with Git as source code repository operating in DevOps principles for task automation and CI/CD pipelines.
    • An understanding of  containerization (AKS), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
    • Experience working in Java applications.
    • Familiarity with core banking platforms.
