Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Title : SCCM and MECM

Total years of experince: 6 years to 10 years

Location: Pune and Hyderabad

Key Skills Required:
• Endpoint Management: SCCM/MECM administration & engineering, client health, content distribution, boundaries, WSUS/SUP
• Infrastructure: Windows Server/Desktop OS, AD/DNS basics, networking & storage fundamentals
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server (SCCM DB operations, performance/troubleshooting)
• Scripting & Automation: PowerShell (automation, reporting, troubleshooting), VBScript (nice to have)
• Service Management: Incident/Problem/Change/Release management, major incident handling, documentation

Candidate Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to troubleshoot complex SCCM issues end-to-end.
• Ability to plan and deliver upgrades/maintenance with minimal rework and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently, including on-call/weekend Rota support.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated team player; able to work across geographies and drive stakeholders to outcomes.

n this role:
        We are seeking a highly experience candidate to lead our organization’s Modern Device Management initiatives. The role would require the ability to architect, implement and manage complex Intune Solutions in the following areas
• Intune Migration and Architecture:
o Migration strategies for transitioning devices and policies from on-premise systems (e.g. MECM, GPO)
o Windows Autopilot for modern, zero-touch provisioning of new devices.
o Co-management strategies with MECM during the transition period.
o Role based access template provisioning.
o Content delivery from Intune.
• Endpoint Management and Security:
o Endpoint security policies, compliance policies and configuration profiles to enforce organization standards.
o Implement and manage conditional access policies in conjunction with Entra ID.
o Security stack on endpoints compatible to cloud offerings.
o Mitigate control violations.
• Networking Solutions:
o Modern connectivity solutions of on-prem devices to Intune.
o Cloud native or zero trust devices connecting back to intranet applications.
o On-prem devices breaking out on internet to Microsoft CDN’s
• Application and patch management
o Frameworks for creating apps in Intune
o Manage Windows update for Business (WuFB)
o Frameworks for mass deployments.
o Windows feature updates.
o Content delivery solutions.
• Automation and Scripting
o Leverage Powershell scripting and Microsoft Graph API to automate repetitive tasks
o Generate custom reports and dashboards.
o Develop and implement custom solutions for service consumers.

 
Mandatory Skills: MS System Center Configuration Manager .
