Join Wipro Technologies as a Security Architect L1, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing security architectures that safeguard our cloud and hybrid environments. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including ETL Developers, API Developers, Business Analysts, and Functional Analysts to ensure integrated, secure data flows and resilient cloud solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Purview, DTEX, and more.

Your responsibilities include architecting security measures that support scalable API calls, secure data pipelines, and integration with security platforms such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel. You will be essential in establishing robust security frameworks to protect sensitive data while enabling seamless real-time data access for analytics and reporting teams. Through your expertise, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of cloud security posture and align technical security solutions with business needs and compliance standards.

This position requires designing and validating security architectures that implement best practices in data protection and threat mitigation. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, governance, and risk management across the organization’s digital transformation initiatives.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth experience with Security Architecting in cloud and hybrid environments, with a focus on securing APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise platforms.
• Proven expertise in designing security frameworks for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Purview, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of integration security principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and threat modeling.
• Experience collaborating with ETL and API developers to embed security controls throughout data flows and service interactions.
• Skilled in using and integrating security monitoring tools such as Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel to enhance security visibility and incident response.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and ability to apply them to cloud architectures.
• 8-10 years of industry experience with progressive responsibilities in security architecture roles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and analytical approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across functions.
