Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to define secure integration strategies, devise solution frameworks for enterprise systems, and identify infrastructure dependencies to enable efficient and compliant implementation.

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced BFSI Technical SME to drive solution architecture, consulting, and pre-sales engagements across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients. The role requires deep domain expertise, strong technology acumen, and the ability to lead RFI/RFP responses and proposal defense discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solutioning and architecture for BFSI transformation opportunities.
  • Drive RFI/RFP responses, estimations, solution reviews, and proposal development.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience with strong BFSI domain expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Insurance.
  • Expertise in solution architecture, cloud platforms, APIs/microservices, data, and AI/GenAI.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, Risk, Data Privacy, Security).
  • Proven experience in client-facing consulting and large RFI/RFP pursuits.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
