Service Delivery Lead (Payments) - 6 to 10 Yrs - Hyderabad/Pune
Location: Pune/Hyderabad
Reports To: Instant Payment IT Service Owner (GCB4)
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily health, stability, and performance of Instant Payment services (GTEXchange, SWIFT alliance, SIC IP, etc.).
· Manage incident triage and escalation with internal IT, vendor, and infrastructure teams.
· Lead monthly Service Review meetings with key metrics (SLA, MTTR, RCA follow-ups).
· Drive service improvement plans (SIPs) and participate in release readiness assessments.
· Own and track Problem Records to closure; ensure lessons learned are embedded.
· Interface with Cyber, Compliance, and Risk teams for service governance reviews.
· Act as key support for the IT Service Owner in daily operations, incident management, and root cause analysis.
· Review, assess, and coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities identified in payment systems and supporting components.
ualifications & Experience
· 8–10 years of experience in payments IT operations, preferably within regulated banking.
· Strong understanding of instant payment protocols (ISO 20022, SIC, SEPA, SWIFT).
· Experience managing incident/problem/change within ITIL framework (ITIL v4 certified preferred).
· Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines, ServiceNow, and Splunk monitoring.
· Strong leadership, prioritization.
