Required Skills:

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect with 11+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).

The ideal candidate should have deep technical experience in Hardware Asset Management Pro (HAM Pro), Software Asset Management Pro (SAM Pro), integrations, automation, and platform customization and Generative AI Modules hands on Experience along with the ability to lead technical implementations and mentor development teams.


Experience: Relevant Service Now Experience 10-15 Years.

Area of Responsibility

Requirement Analysis-Participate in client discussions to gather information regarding platform constraints, technology stacks, and performance expectations of a specific technology.

Designing-Create low-level design inputs for assigned technology and provides technical viewpoints for specific components as per the standards and best practices.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate client technology environment to support integration of technology components and ensure system-level technical compatibility.

Troubleshooting-Support testing activities for technology components and work with developers and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot errors during deployment phases.

 

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - SaaS .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
