Presales – Contract Governance & Collaboration

Job Summary:

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for driving and coordinating changes to Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) across multiple internal teams. This role ensures smooth collaboration between Business Functions including Finance Management (BFM), Sales, Delivery, Legal, HR, Technology and Risk teams to implement amendments and Terms & Conditions (T&C) updates while maintaining compliance and minimizing business disruption.

SkillSet:

  • Strong understanding of SOWs, MSAs, and contractual frameworks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to lead and direct the stakeholders to turnaround Contracts review and sign offs.
  • Familiarity with risk management and compliance processes on contracts - SOW and MSA Life Cycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Change Governance & Coordination
  • Lead end-to-end change management for SOW and MSA amendments.
  • Develop and maintain a structured change process aligned with organizational policies.
  • Ensure timely communication and documentation of changes to all stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the primary liaison between BFM, Legal, Delivery, Ops, HR, Tech, and Risk teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on change requirements.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure consensus on contractual changes.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure all amendments comply with legal, regulatory, and risk frameworks.
  • - Maintain audit-ready documentation for all changes.
  • - Identify potential risks in contractual changes and propose mitigation strategies.
  • - Implement best practices for contract governance and stakeholder engagement.Reporting
  • - Track and report progress of amendments and T&C changes.
  • - Provide dashboards and insights to leadership on change impact and timelines.
