Role Purpose


  The purpose of the role is to provide timely, accurate and quality MIS reports, dashboards to the external & internal stakeholders of account(s) as per the defined process and standards of security and compliance

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data integrity.
  • Good communication skills for presenting insights.

  1. Data Collection & Management
    • Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources (internal systems, reports, and external datasets).
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  2. Data Analysis
    • Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and generate actionable insights.
    • Validate data integrity and reconcile discrepancies.
  3. Excel Automation
    • Develop and maintain Excel-based tools using formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
    • Create and optimize macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  4. Data Visualization
    • Design clear and interactive dashboards using Excel charts or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau if applicable).
    • Present insights in a visually compelling manner for stakeholders.
