o Hardware issues are coordinated with a global hardware vendor, while facility issues such as elevated data-center room temperature are coordinated with the facilities team; the role records updates in the ticket and engages the required stakeholders.
o The team processes data-center access requests, including emergency access approvals and escort arrangements. The smart scheduling, such as grouping multiple requests for the same data center is required so one visit can address several requests efficiently.
