The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Position Summary

The Syniti Developer is tasked with engineering and deploying data migration and management solutions using Syniti's platform tailored to enterprise needs. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and technical staff, to gather detailed requirements and execute projects that align with organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize Syniti Data Migration and Knowledge Platform solutions according to precise business rules and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of source and target databases, perform data mapping, and construct complex transformation logic ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to align migration strategies with project timelines and operational standards.
• Execute thorough unit and integration testing, promptly identify and resolve defects, and optimize migration workflows to maximize performance efficiency.
• Compile detailed technical documentation, including migration approaches and configuration guides, while facilitating end-user training sessions to enable seamless adoption.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements within data management and propose enhancements that improve system robustness and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti Data Migration tools and Syniti Knowledge Platform implementations.
• Profound knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Understanding of enterprise data governance frameworks and the principles underpinning data quality management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an aptitude for effective teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP systems with data migration platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructures and contemporary data integration technologies

3. Status Reporting and Customer Focus on an ongoing basis with respect to project and its execution

• Capturing all the requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work
• Taking feedback on the regular basis to ensure smooth and on time delivery
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
• Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Documenting very necessary details and reports in a formal way for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation
• Ensure good quality of interaction with customer w.r.t. e-mail content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette etc
• Timely Response to customer requests and no instances of complaints either internally or externally
