Job Description
Experience in Implementation of all Network platforms WAN/LAN/WI-FIExcellent Knowledge and troubleshooting skill on the below technologies:VPN technologies - IPSec, DMVPN etc.Routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS etc.Riverbed Steel.LAN Technologies: VLANWi-Fi: Predictive survey, AP design, AP onboarding into WLCAruba ClearPass and Cisco ISERiverbedPrepare high quality of SOP/MOPS documents.Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS and Cisco IOS)Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. (This includes diagnosing network problems, analyzing network logs, and implementing solutions to resolve network issues)Assist in network design and implementation.Update knowledge base with known errors.Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts.Experience with Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.Sharp troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently.Work within established configuration and change Management policies.Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment.Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches hot fixes and security configurationsProven experience in a network administrator role

With 4 + years of exp for B-2 and 8 + years of exp for B-3, Working and practical hands on experience on Cisco wireless ( WLC & AP , DNAC ) , Routing & Switching and Layer 2 & Layer 3 protocol.
Technical Knowledge :-
Hands on working experience on OSPF , BGP, MPLS VPN, Wireless protocols, STP. Multivendor like Cisco & Juniper hands on experience will add advantage.
Location Pune & Hyderabad. Rotational shifts 24* 7 and mostly Night & Evening shifts.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution : -
- Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity problems.
- Prepare SoP and create workflows to troubleshoot issues for L1 team.
- Identify the root cause of incidents.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the next level.
- Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor network infrastructure and solutions for potential problems.
- Identify and address common incidents and opportunities for improvement.
- Execute approved maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Telcom enterprise services.
- Support and Communication:
- Provide technical support to users and clients and L1 support
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with users and other team members.
- Follow handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity.
- Security:
- Be aware of basic network security concepts and protocols.
- Follow security procedures and guidelines.
