Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Required Skills & Competencies:

•Strong knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, OSS/BSS domains, and industry standards.

•Expertise in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

•Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLAs, and KPIs for service management.

•Understanding of network security protocols and compliance requirements.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum expereiance 8 years of Telecom service Management and Service now developer.
 Integration experience


Mandatory Skill: Service now developer, TSOM, Telecom Order Management, TSM, ITSM ,ITOM, CSM, OMT.

Location: Pune 
Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - SaaS .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
