Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Pune – Hinjewadi Phase 2
Experience: 5–7 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Work From Office (Mandatory)
Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, automation, and integrations. The candidate should have experience working with ITSM/CSM modules, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, scripting, and REST API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work on ITSM/CSM, Service Catalog, workflows, and process automation.
  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions.
  • Build automated workflows using Flow Designer.
  • Develop and support REST API/integration solutions with external applications.
  • Troubleshoot defects and support enhancements and releases.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Must be comfortable working from Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 2 office for 3 days per week.
  • Compensation: up to ₹25 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
