Job Description

Manage and oversee TPSA Service, including

  • Leading all aspects of TPSA Service and Operation, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a primary contact (TPEM) for third-party suppliers including the Strategic Delivery Partner such as KPMG, SureCloud, and BitSight, to align services with business needs. 
  • Provide administrative and technical support for third-party services, including access management, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement. 
  • Support TPSA Global Delivery and Operation Lead with workload planning and effective communication across the Global team and KPMG,
  • Collaborate with TPSA region leads to manage the SLAs.
  • Identify and resolve service issue/risks by implementing governance and monitoring frameworks in partnership with Global Head of Third Party Cyber Governance and Risk.
  • Enhance TPSA processes and build a resilient and engaged operational framework. 
  • Ensure security assessments comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Create interlock with businesses, Procurement, and Technology teams to align service requirements.
  • Conduct research on third-party cybersecurity trends, data and dashboards and to keep strategies up to date.

  • Collaborate with other members of Third-Party Cyber Security to find optimal solutions to meet technology requirements.
  • Ensure up to date knowledge on HSBC brand guidelines by actively participating in training sessions, and team knowledge sharing.

  • Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Quality Management, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline;
    • Previous experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles to make independent judgements on the appropriateness of assessment outcomes.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
    • A keen eye for detail to spot discrepancies and ensure compliance with standards
    • Experience in quality assurance or a related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams
    • Strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions for identified issues.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
    • Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma, or cybersecurity certifications like CISSP/CCSP/CISA/CISM can be advantageous.
Mandatory Skills: GRC Consulting .
