Job Description

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support delivery leadership teams by ensuring smooth delivery of products and platforms on technical front.

Do

  • Provide technical assurance for all high value products and platforms to clients
    • Define the scope of technical delivery with the client in the agreement to upkeep the revenue & reputation of Wipro
    • Ensure successful delivery of critical projects within the organization by mitigating all the business and technology related risks.
    • Ensure successful software or application release; quality assurance, technical documentation, technical operations, training and technical support
    • Create and maintain a project plan that tracks the completion and delivery of all IT milestones, including development, quality assurance, documentation, and deployment
    • Highlight issues through Early Warning System to resolve any escalations proactively 
    • Highlight all the financial, technical, functional risks which are foreseen before the start of the project and escalate it to the delivery teams to bridge the gaps
    • Provide timely technical assistance on client escalations within TAT
    • Support the external audit requirements related to product and platform processes
    • Review the master of service agreement terms with respect to technical implementation, the milestones to be achieved & its impact along with termination clauses 
    • Provide Technical Solution which enables root cause and analyses system performance, along with highlighting solutions in low areas and work alongside to create performance management plan
    • Understand the legal terms in technical aspects to bridge contractual gaps in contracts
    • Ensure that technically & techno-commercially all contractual and projectgaps are closed
