• software engineer/developer focused on Identity and Access Management technologies
• able to code in JAVA/J2EE, Oracle / MS Sql Server, PL/SQL / T-SQL, Web services SOAP/REST, Spring Framework, Unit Test frameworks, Maven, Apache/Tomcat, GitHub, Junit, UNIX shell scripting,
• LDAP/Active Directory also desirable
• experience/exposure to development in Microsoft Azure infrastructure desirable.
• ability to apply standards, methods, techniques, and templates as defined by our SDLC
• produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent, and well-performing
• design, plan and deliver solutions in a large scale enterprise environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus in Computer Sciences/Engineering
• the ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do-attitude.

We are looking for software engineers to:
• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• analyse business requirements for the Identity and Access Management
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT
2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism
3 Capability development Triages completed, Technical Test performance

 
Mandatory Skills: Core Java .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
