Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

DevOps Role Requirements

Looking for a mature DevOps engineer with 7-9 years’ experience and the following details. Let me know if you have any suitable profiles.

Technical Expertise

Strong experience with Gitlab DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.

Proficiency in Java/Python event driven application build and deployment processes.

Hands-on experience with Docker/Helm/Kubernetes (preferably AKS).

Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment workflows is a plus.

Testing Integration in CI/CD

Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with CI/CD quality gates and feedback mechanisms.

Observability

Proficiency in setting up monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Experience with distributed tracing tools like Jaeger or OpenTelemetry.

Infrastructure and Cloud

Strong knowledge of Azure services (e.g., AKS, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

  • Soft Skills

    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).

    Experience with AI/ML model lifecycle management and MLOps.

    Familiarity with security tools and practices (e.g., SAST, DAST, container security).
