Job Description
We need good Developers in ITSM, ITOM who has 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow
SDLC process implementation mandatory.
Scripting experince is must
Okay to work 5 days a week from Customer location of Wipro
Offices in Pune, Chennai, Vizag or Bangalore.

5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform ServiceNow certifications(CSA, Implementation) Experience with SDLC processes implementing in a variety of project methodologies: waterfall, iterative, SAFe, Agile/Scrum Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc. |

Define technical solutions for architecture and design that are aligned with clients’ business problems and ServiceNow implementation best practices handle sprint demos, delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation, and knowledge transfer activities as required Assist in identifying and implementing key business KPI metrics Develop, document, implement, and maintain ServiceNow governance processes, procedures, and policies Create and maintain design, SOP, training related documentation Design, develop, and deploy new ServiceNow functionalities |

Complement the APM team and work on designing, deploying, and managing ServiceNow applications development and solutions that meet both current and anticipated requirements. |
