We are looking for a Tools Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise IT tooling initiatives across Observability, AIOps, ITSM, Monitoring, Automation, and Platform Tools. The role is accountable for on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery while managing stakeholders, vendors, risks, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Drive project governance, status reporting, risk & issue management, and customer communication
- Coordinate with tool SMEs, architects, vendors, and operations teams
- Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and compliance
- Manage multi‑vendor and multi‑location delivery models
- Ensure smooth transition to operations (RUN) and knowledge transfer
Essential Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience in Project Management (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
- Proven delivery experience in enterprise IT tools or infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure, Applications, Cloud, and Operations
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Event)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to lead cross‑functional and distributed teams
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred)
Good‑to‑Have Skills
- Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog, Elastic, BMC Helix, Moogsoft, OpsRamp, LogicMonitor
- Experience in tool upgrades, migrations, consolidation, or rationalization programs
- Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, and Cloud transformation initiatives
- Experience in global delivery and offshore–onsite engagement models
GenAI & AI‑Related Skills
- Understanding of GenAI and AI use cases in IT Operations and Tooling
- Experience managing projects involving AIOps, intelligent alerting, RCA, and automation
- Exposure to AI‑assisted delivery (automated reporting, insights, productivity tools)
- Ability to work with AI/ML SMEs and vendors to drive adoption and outcomes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent

A delivery‑driven Project Manager with strong exposure to enterprise IT tools, capable of bridging technology, operations, and business outcomes, and ready to support AI‑infused IT transformation programs.

1. Provide tool design, development and deployment support for the project delivery
a. Interact with the internal project or client to understand the project requirement from a tool perspective
b. Design the solution keeping in mind the tool requirements, current tools available as well as details on licenses required etc.
c. Provide budget and timeline estimates for the tool development/ deployment as required
d. For any new tool development, identify sources for development (internal or 3rd party) and work with the project managers on the development of the tool keeping in mind the production rollout timelines
e. Conduct commercial discussions with the 3rd party vendors for licenses or tool development
f. Conduct appropriate testing to ensure error free deployment of the tool on the project
g. Ensure deployment of tool on time and within the estimated budget
