Job Description: 

TOSCA

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead end-to-end functional testing activities across multiple applications and releases.
  • Define and own the test strategy, test approach, scope, timelines, entry/exit criteria, and overall test governance.
  • Plan, design and execute manual and automated functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Drive test automation using Tricentis TOSCA, including module creation, reusable test case design, execution, and maintenance of regression suites.
  • Manage test planning, execution cycles, and traceability using qTest, ensuring full coverage from requirements to defects.
  • Coordinate defect management using JIRA, including defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and RPA teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
  • Support and validate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions by testing automated workflows, exception handling, and end‑to‑end business processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance on best practices, test design standards, and quality metrics.
  • Provide regular test status reports, dashboards, and release readiness updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Promote continuous improvement, shift-left testing, and adoption of quality best practices across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software testing
  • Proven experience leading functional testing for small to medium-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and release management processes.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA.
  • Proven expertise in test management and defect tracking using qTest and JIRA.
  • Solid knowledge of functional, integration, and risk-based testing within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Experience testing and validating Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows and automated business processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead teams and drive quality outcomes.
