Role Definition
The role of a trainer is to develop a competency and skill sets in an individual to perform his/her effectively and efficiently in the work place. The trainer should communicate to the trainees about what is expected out of training in a simple and professional way.

Training Delivery & Facilitation.
Proficient in networking fundamentals aligned with CCNA/CCNP standards, including routing, switching, and IP protocols.
Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewall configuration, security policies, and VPN management.
Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including 802.11 standards, RF planning, and access point deployment. Skilled in managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN setups, switches, routers, and cabling. Familiar with NOC operations, including network monitoring, incident response, and SLA-based escalation procedures.

Responsibility
Ability to evaluate technical competency in networking, wireless, and security during interviews. Skilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing for training roles. Experience in designing technical assessments (labs, quizzes) for telecom candidates. Knowledge of role-specific requirements to align hiring with training needs. Collaboration with HR and technical teams for onboarding and skill-gap analysis.
