•              Proficient in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Classic ASP.NET (Web Forms).
•              Strong front-end development using Angular, React, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
•              Deep experience with SQL Server, SSIS, and data-driven application development.
•              Knowledge on Microservices architecture, Azure functions, Azure Service Bus, ADFs, logic apps, API Management, gateways, etc.
•              Good communication skills should be able to handle client calls and escalation calls.
•              Should be able to mentor and guide the team members, whenever required, ensuring any technical roadblocks are sorted out quickly.
•              Should be able to suggest and apply the best design and development practices on the ground.
•              Should be able to pitch in for resolution of critical incidents, in case need arise.
•              Should be able to switch between the roles of a technical lead, and a lead developer depending on the situation.
•              Should be able to manage the team, assign the tasks and guide them to follow the right process.
