Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Track inbound and outbound hardware shipments (AWB, delivery status, confirmations).
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for servers, racks, and network hardware across labs, warehouses, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate and support quarterly and annual inventory audits.
  • Update and manage inventory tracking tools and dashboards (Power BI).
  • Prepare regular inventory and shipping status reports.
  • Work with PMs, engineers, logistics, suppliers, and lab teams to meet inventory needs.
  • Support process improvements and automation for inventory tracking and audits.
  • Ensure accountability for high‑value hardware (CAPEX assets).

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

  • 4–6 years of experience managing server hardware inventory in datacenters or qualification labs.
  • Strong experience with inventory databases, tracking tools, and reporting.
  • Experience driving or improving inventory processes.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to attend meetings aligned to Pacific Time (PST).

 
Mandatory Skills: Windows Platform Engineering Backend .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
