o Perform audits on mortgage-related processes and documentation.
o Identify trends and recurring issues through root cause analysis.
• Reporting & Insights
o Prepare regular reports on complaint volumes, resolution times, and QA outcomes.
Audits & Compliance
Feedback & Coaching:
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members based on performance metrics and behavioural observations.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
- Lead RCA discussions for process deviations, customer complaints, or operational failures.
- Document RCA findings and ensure implementation of preventive measures
