As a Quality Assurance Consultant at Wipro Technologies-Ireland within the Technology Services division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes related to SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within enterprise applications.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, functional and technical teams, and project stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies that support the successful implementation and enhancement of SAP systems. Leveraging your expertise, you will guide the testing lifecycle from planning through execution, defect management, and reporting, maintaining alignment with Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies.

This position demands a proactive mindset to continuously improve testing standards, mentoring team members on best practices and maintaining detailed documentation to support organizational knowledge. Your work will directly contribute to the reliable and efficient business process flows that our clients depend on.

You will be involved in:

• Developing and managing end-to-end testing frameworks for SAP MM and SD modules.

Key Expertise and Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP Material Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, with hands-on experience in SAP S4/HANA implementation projects considered a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP testing methodologies and tools, including proficiency in designing test cases, executing complex tests, and managing defect tracking workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of different Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and testing lifecycle management.
• Proficient in the use of test management tools, enabling efficient tracking, reporting, and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication skills for clear and effective interaction with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, ABAP developers, and functional consultants.
• Demonstrated ability in creating accurate documentation and presentations, facilitating knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in managing testing KPIs and metrics to evaluate quality standards and process improvements.
• Capability to lead, train, and mentor testing resources, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning.
• Acquainted with agile development environments and collaborative workflows with automation teams to enhance functional test coverage.
