About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible individuals to join our team as Content Moderators. In this role, you will be reviewing user-generated content and ensuring that it complies with company policies and community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with platform guidelines
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
  • Flag suspicious or policy-violating activities
  • Ensure accurate documentation of reviewed content
  • Follow strict internal policies and confidentiality standards
  • Stay updated with content policies and workflow changes

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (72 units completed)
  • No prior experience required – fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a shifting schedule and onsite setup
  • Detail-oriented with ability to make sound judgments
