We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Insurance Agents. You will assist customers with their healthcare benefits, insurance inquiries, and claims-related concerns.
No prior BPO experience? No problem! We welcome fresh graduates and candidates eager to start their careers in the healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to healthcare insurance inquiries
- Assist customers with benefits, eligibility, and claims status
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer interactions
- Document customer interactions in the system

Qualifications

- 4 years college graduate (no experience required)
- OR
- Completed at least 2 years in college (must have copy of grades or TOR) + 6 months BPO experience (preferably healthcare account)
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
