Job Description

Conversion / Data migration lead with Quorum application experience, 5-8 years, managing and leading the data migration for QTPM module.

Responsible for managing data migration and conversion from a legacy system to a new Quorum-based system, involving data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation to ensure data integrity and successful project completion.

Key responsibilities include defining the data conversion strategy, leading data mapping and transformation, coordinating validation with business and technical teams, conducting mock conversion cycles, and resolving post-conversion issues.

This position requires strong technical skills in SQL and ETL tools, expertise in Quorum application data structures, and extensive experience in data migration projects.
