As part of this project and a new team, your role as a RFX Buyer/ PR2PO Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Requirements:

 RFX Buyer:

• Good English/ English + French language skills, written and conversational;
• Basic Orientation in S2P operations;
• Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;
• Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;
• Exposure to procurement operations;
• Excellent Excel and Data analysis skills;
• Procurement Experience: 4-6 years in delivering procurement initiatives.

PR2PO Buyer:

• Advanced English + French/ English + Spanish language skills (written, reading and spoken)
• Good analytical & synthesis skills
• Rigorous and accurate working style
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Procurement processes (Requisitioning, PO, Invoicing)
• Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are preferred
• Problem solving oriented / proved quality initiatives driven

Responsabilities:

RFX Buyer:

• Ensure on-time processing of RFx and Contract Management activity
• Provides support on special cases and monitors root-causes for such cases
• Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management
• Assisting in generating savings
• Usage of relevant client systems: MS Office, SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, Service Now in line with activity specifics.
• Act as first point of contact (POC) for agents and categories for process activities and categories in scope, also as an advisor for complex cases.
• Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc).
• Controls exceptions and identifies errors and deviations from policies at process level.
• Regularly informs superior of status of process, queues and specific performance parameters.
• Reports on backlog status with regular frequency and any escalations promptly.
• Offers support for the quality assurance process and analyzes quality issues reported.
• Provides coaching and training (pre-process and general/process specific) for client and team members/newcomers.
• Manage exceptional/specific transactions/task (request allocation to the team members, for request coming via dedicated GMB; recurrent category meeting hosting & MOM prep,
• Participation in process calls with stakeholders and TL, WS Lead and documenting/sharing of key points/takeout/MOM (when required)
• Back-up for team lead activities (for category in scope)
• Driving/supporting standardization/harmonization.
• Process improvement initiation

PR2PO Buyer:

• Ensure on-time processing of Procurement transactions (RFQ, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites)
• Provides support on special cases and monitors root-causes for such cases
• Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management
• Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality
• Assisting in generating savings
• Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc)
• Provides coaching and training (pre-process and general/process specific) for client and team members/newcomers
• Optimization of stock
• Driving/supporting standardization/harmonization
• Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations
• Usage of relevant client systems:
• SAP systems to collect PR and proceed/register RFQ/PO
• Service Now to clarify technical requests with LBUs
• Macro Excel for reporting and Supplier follow-up
